好久好久没有出去玩了，时间、钱是主要原因。一直都想好好的出去走走，希望今年可以实现。工作只是为了应付银行的贷款、一日三餐，生活有时真的很可悲。

不能真正的走一回，网游——看色友的游历经过成了另一种补充。说起来是有点意淫，第三只眼看世界，另一种奇妙的感觉。而且可以不花钱周游世界，也是一种不错的选择，也为真正出行做好准备。虽然很无奈，有点阿Q，但有什么关系呢？生活中本来就有很多无奈，多一点不算多，少一点也未必少。

每个人都觉得自己压力大，与日俱增。如果没有压力你会做得更好吗？我想答案是否定的。不管如何自律，惰性总是会占上风。有压力更有动力，压力越大，成功的可能性就更大。是不是觉得人都很贱？本来就是这样。想证明自己，就是给自己增加压力。但为什么越想证明自己越容易失败？欲速则不达。心态很重要，只有以好的心态迎接压力，才可以做得更出色。

小泉今天又去拜鬼了，政府照样是谴责，谴责有用，还用武力吗？美国、以色列没有因为国际的谴责而停止对平民的杀戮，日本人也不会因为谴责而停止拜鬼。

“看最近之情况，敌人或要再来碰一下钉子。只要敌来犯，兄即到河东与弟等共同去牺牲。国家到了如此地步，除我等为其死，毫无其它办法。更相信，只要我等能本此决心，我们的国家及我五千年历史之民族，决不致于亡于区区三岛倭奴之手。为国家民族死之决心，海不清，石不烂，决不半点改变！愿与诸弟共勉之。”

　　这是张自忠将军在1940年5月1日写给部下的一封绝笔信。

　　当时日寇纠集30万大军进攻鄂北，身为中将集团军军长的张将军闻听消息，毅然决定带领预备七十四师和军部特务营东度襄河阻击来犯之敌，临行前便写下这首信，而这也成了将军绝笔之作，十几天后，日军以十倍重兵围攻将军，而为了牵制日寇，以达到外线我军对日寇施行反包围。将军力战不退与敌撕杀，最后终因寡不敌众身负七弹，将军弥留之际留下最后一句话：“我力战而死，自问对国家、对民族、对长官可告无愧，良心平安！”旋即拔佩剑自戕，一代名将张自忠壮烈殉国，留下的是一段气壮山河的英雄传奇……。

　　转眼间，时间已经过去了六十多年，中国已经有了天翻地覆的变化，此时的国家已经没有了当初那任人宰割的孱弱面孔，取而代之的是国家的繁荣人民的安定，国民们似乎已经忘记了什么叫做战争。

　　两年前，我第一次读到将军的这封遗书的时候，心中突然之间便有了种莫名的冲动，将军所言并非华丽，但字字皆为真情，句句充满热血，只数百文字，便将一腔爱国之澎湃之情述说的无以复加，我每次读完这短短一段，将军那坚毅的面孔，足以支撑起全体中华儿女的爱国之情的身躯瞬间便浮现在我的眼前，热血沸腾，热泪便不自觉的夺框而出……。

　　战争真的是远离我们了，在九泉之下的将军也应该瞑目了，可我们自己是否这么认为呢？隔壁的三岛倭奴如今又蠢蠢欲动，而我们又有谁能说出“只要敌来犯，兄即到河东与弟等共同去牺牲。”这样的豪言壮语呢？

　　今天又是八月十五了，六十一年前的今天，日本人战败，中国人以巨大的代价取得了这场战争的最后胜利，将军也能瞑目九泉了，六十一年之后，日本人依旧嚣张如故，据说他们的首相依旧要去参拜供奉着二战甲级战犯的鬼子社。如果将军泉下有知，定会重新披挂上阵，手拿大刀，直闯地狱，高唱着那本就为他所做的雄壮歌声：大刀向鬼子身上砍去……。

　　今在八月十五胜利纪念日之际，特写一首短文，上怀念将军之遗风，下与当今全体热血青年共勉。

　　“今闻岛国倭奴头目又有挑衅之声，我中华儿女虽性情温和，礼貌待人，但六十年前悲壮情景依然历历在目，无数英雄长眠地下，先烈之成果到如今已传半个世纪，我中华儿女苦心经营之精神怎么可轻易委顿。

　　三岛倭奴戾气虽无更改之迹象，但我中华民族之五千年斗志又岂是尔等所能动摇？

　　今重拾将军之遗风，以激全体热血青年，将军泉下有知定带领天兵横扫地狱，我等七尺体壮之男儿岂可落后，倭奴不来便罢，如若来犯，定叫尔等有来无回，再复六十一年前之覆辙。”

　　今仅以此文，愿同全体爱国青年共勉。

cannes铜。菲律宾的作品，我觉得一般。但多数外国人都觉得不错，不知道为什么？

/ he took the medicine... the sleep formula.. then he took off his glasses, put it on the side.. then he reached for the alarm clock, he was about to set the alarm... and because the medicine worked so quickly, he fell asleep even before he set the alarm clock.

/ This could have been done better - perhaps by showing the man falling asleep on his way to bed, say, while he was cleaning his teeth.    Could have used the line: "Works so fast, make sure you're in bed before you take it." Or something. Sadly, it needs some copy on this to make it work.

/ i think if he was on his way to the bed, it would look like the stuff killed him... but since we are supposed to read a story in his pose, the photography could be better... but it's pretty funny

/ This ad is really funny. And I think people won't miss the product. The bottle is right on your face! This ad is one of those ads which gives you a 2 second confusion....then you figure out the message and smile/laugh.
"showing the man falling asleep on his way to bed, say, while he was cleaning his teeth." ... I donno if anyone takes a sleeping pill before brushing the teeth!!! People usually takes pill when they can't sleep/want to sleep.
"Instead of the alarm clock he could have held the jar"...this is kinda interesting..making the effect even faster..hmmm.
But this ad is coool..and funnny and I think everything in this ad is fine. The guy in the ad is perfect.
Like it a lot. :-)

/ I like how they set up the story. The graininess, the light in his eye. It looks real to me. I agree that the pills in the hand would have screamed suicide. And definitely no copy. It might take some people a second, but the payoff is well worth it.

在国外的广告论坛上看到一些国外的广告人对一些广告作品的评论，我把其中一些获奖广告的评论copy下来，看看他们是怎么看这些作品的，或许对我们会有些帮助。

 

今年cannes铜奖作品评论：

/Brilliant. No doubt.

/ Héél strak! (that's a good thing)

/ Excellent.

/ clever, i wish i made it

/ Very smart, using it's shadow... makes the ad doesn't need to show the shine floor.

"Love to Live, Live to Love"

/ Great ad... Simple, strait to the point... No layers and clean art direction.

/ Cleaver idea, but the shadow doesn’t seem to be in the right place, if we consider the perspective, if you look at it from any angle the shadow must be in the middle, if the light is coming directly at it from the floor.

/ Love it. Great art direction. Less is definitely more here.

/ Agree with Basher, if the floor is shining, the shadow should be right at the middle. Now it could be becos of a spotlight or some reflective surface (metal polish ;P) And I feel should leave the light on, it will be more convincing.

/ Very nice, but that idea is exactly the same art direction and idea of a brazilian ad.

/ Am I the only one who thinks this ad is boring? It's just another visual 'geddit' ad. Seen it all before. Clever for the creatives but dull for consumers. We've got to get away from this self-glorification wank.

参加比赛，尤其是国际性的比赛，除了有精彩的创意、精美的执行，是否要有进一步的思考？

 

有时侯一点小的改变，或者是在参赛类别上的改变都是一种创意，会有完全不同的结果。今年有个牙线广告（如图）很典型。在亚太上因为是送outdoor得了个铜，在我们看来它可能是dm，但它送的是outdoor，如果送dm可能只是入围，或者什么都没有；在cannes，它送的是平面，得了金，互动的平面让它加了不少分。还有一个应该是反地雷组织的（如图），它即可是平面，也可是dm，显然平面会更强。

 

多一点思考，创意可能完全处于不同层面，结果也完全不同。突破类别或许在明年国际大赛会很盛行，突破什么类别却又暗藏玄机。

红色旋风在中华大地席卷十年，也是新中国最黑暗的十年。没有经历过这段岁月的人，很难想象人是如何在如此逆境中生存。我出生时已经结束，等我记事，只有留在墙上的一些印记表示那段岁月的存在。更大的时候了解更多，很多中国艺术家因为这段岁月而扬名国外，最有名的应该是王广义先生。

 

一些日常生活中的一些小东西，更能表现那一代人的纯朴、认真，除了少数别有用心的人。有些设计现在看来都很特别，文革时期的美术在国外影响听说很大。单从美术的角度来看，真的不错。尤其是在字体的设计上，很多字体比现在用的印刷体都好，可惜没有保留下来。
